saw the launch of three new OCTV product lines.
The Flexi-Box is a small box version for utilising the customers own camera
input. This has been developed by using laptop technology and around the lower
cost 2.5" mini hard disk drive. This flexible OCTV box converts any video
input of the users choice into a robust wireless solution. The F-Box has a complete
communication suite providing GSM, CDMA, HSCSD, TETRA, GPRS, UMTS, W-CDMA, Bluetooth,
Wi-Fi 802.11, Ethernet and PSTN remote video, telemetry control and recording
options. The communication module is separate to allow a technology growth path
for the user across 2G, 2.5G, 3G and 4G networks.
The OCTaglobe is the OCTV Minidome, a wireless camera is designed for discreet
use in the majority of environments. The OCTaglobe is a motorised or fixed seven
inch minidome with a colour camera and a 23:1 zoom lens. It has an integrated
telemetry receiver with 100 preset positions and 4 alarm inputs.
The OCTVP1 series is a compact ptz or static OCTV camera, based around the highly
successful Shawley Prince ptz and integral housing. This compact OCTV solution
is ideal for rapid deployment applications. The unit contains all the ingredients
of the FF-Box and utilises standard OCTV monitoring.
