#1 OCTV SCORES AT FA CUP FINAL
OCTV proved to be a worthy player at this years FA Cup Final held at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium. A system was temporarily employed by Cardiff City Council at a main junction on one of the major traffic routes into the city which was not covered by traditional CCTV. The system was mounted on top of a vehicle and was operational within minutes of its arrival at the junction. The system proved to be a complete success, this was substantiated when Cardiff City Council then purchased an identical system for them to use in similar situations. The first use was for the Nationwide Divisional Play-Off Finals held over the May Bank holiday weekend. Further use is planned for the Charity Shield in early August.
