#3 OCTV WINS UK HOME OFFICE APPROVAL
Shawley Ltd., a licensee of Pedagog in the CCTV sector, is
proud to announce that they have successfully completed Police trials of the
revolutionary OCTV system - CCTV over wireless. In a two month trial by the UK
Home Office Police Scientific Development Branch (PSDB), the worlds first ever
Government approval has been given to a wireless CCTV system working over the
mobile telephone network. The UK market is the most sophisticated and mature
market in the world and thus this represents a major achievement. Shawley are
now expecting 22 further system orders which had been held back pending these
trials, plus a seven year contract with the National Crime Squad. Read about this

#5 LUCENT TECHNOLOGIES SIGN WORLDWIDE
COLLABORATIVE AGREEMENT
We are proud to announce that on 27th February 2001, Lucent
Technologies signed a Global Representative Agreement with Pedagog to market
our products into the emerging 3G world. This agreement comes only months after
the first cooperative Global Marketing Agreement, details of which are

#6 PEDAGOG AT USA CONSUMER
ELECTRONICS SHOW
Pedagog had a storming CES show in Las Vegas, taking pride
of place on the USA stand. This has lead to a major bluechip US Collaborative
Announcement, which will be made shortly. The Pedagog applications were
televised in
the US.

#7 HOT OFF THE PRESS
Pedagog are proud to announce the worlds first bi-directional video and AUDIO over narrowband 9.6kbps GSM networks. The project, which is currently in beta form, carries video and audio in both directions for video conferencing between two PDA devices (complete with cameras). This is yet another world first to add to the long list of Pedagog innovations.
